Job Requirements
- Must have Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Must have PMP certification.
- Must have good computer knowledge and good skill to prepare weekly, and monthly progress report.
- Gulf experience with SABIC Facility Management will be preferred.
- Shall have minimum 10 years of experience as a Project - Civil Engineer in Facility Management in Housing Maintenance Department of Petrochemical Plant Housing.
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans conferring with management.
- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements.
- Determines project specifications by studying product design, and performance standards.
- Completing technical studies, preparing cost estimates.
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
