Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Production Manager to join our team at ATLAS Transformers India Limited. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production processes, ensuring high-quality standards, and leading the production team.

Exprience : Minimum of 5+ years in the POWER Transformer Industry is Mandatory

  • In-depth knowledge of Power Transformers (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven experience in production planning to efficiently allocate resources and optimize manufacturing processes
  • Strong background in quality control to ensure all products meet industry standards and customer requirements
  • Exceptional team leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse production team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly
  • Strong time management skills to ensure production schedules are met without compromising quality
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with other departments and ensure smooth production workflow
  • Ability to analyze production data and make informed decisions to improve efficiency and productivity

  • Oversee the production process and manage the production team to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet company deadlines and customer demands
  • Ensure that all production activities comply with quality control standards and safety regulations
  • Monitor and evaluate production performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure a seamless production process
  • Resolve production issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain product quality
  • Maintain accurate production records and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on product quality
