Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Junior Purchase Assistant to join our team in Vadodara. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will assist in purchase management, vendor management, and documentation, while ensuring material quality and handling purchase and work orders.

Qualifications And Skills

• A minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of experience in purchase and vendor management.
• Proficiency in handling purchase orders and work orders.
• Strong documentation skills including maintaining accurate purchase records.
• Ability to perform material quality checks.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor management.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of procurement software and tools is a plus.
• Demonstrable problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Assist in the procurement of materials and services required by the company.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain proper documentation for all purchases and ensure records are up to date.
• Conduct material quality checks to ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand procurement needs and requirements.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
• Resolve any issues related to invoices, payments, or discrepancies with vendors.
