Responsibilities
- Conduct testing of high voltage equipment as required for third-party certification.
- Travel to field locations to perform tests and provide testing clearance.
- Conduct testing of switch gear, motors, control panels, and transformers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate testing reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient testing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all testing procedures.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to equipment testing and provide solutions.
- Experience as a field testing engineer is preferred.
- Knowledge of high voltage equipment and testing procedures.
- Familiarity with switch gear, motors, control panels, and transformers.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required by the job.
- Company will cover travel expenses, including bus, train, and flight fares.
- Accommodation expenses will be borne by the company.
- Food expenses will be covered by the employee, with the company providing a lump sum food allowance.
- The company will provide a CUG card, and all payments made using this card will be covered by the company.
- This role requires frequent travel to various field locations within India.
