Increase sales and Market share for TGP in assigned area by doing following activities:
Beat coverage Ensure 100% weekly coverage of assigned retailers
Identify new retailers and inform APM for addition to our business
Increase active retailers (retailers who purchased TGP) every month
Promote new products/ focused parts by product demo and catalogues
Improve TGP prominence (display) at retailer shelves
Communicate and promote various BTL campaigns like product schemes, quarterly schemes etc.
Improve collection and keep the outstanding to minimum
Ensure Adherence To TOPS Process Which Focuses On
Take feedback from MSR and improve range stocking at concerned retailers
Share product information with retailers on regular basis
Liaison with MSR and jointly ensure higher fitment and sales
Develop relationship with retailers and key accounts
Meeting key account customers and ensure TGP business in coordination with KAM - Parts
Resolve any technical query of retailers
Qualifications
Previous sales experience in spare parts preferable
Diploma/ ITI in mechanical/ Automobile Engineering/ Graduate
Good communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively

Develop relationship with retailers and key accounts
Meeting key account customers and ensure TGP business in coordination with KAM - Parts
