Our client seeks a highly experienced HR - Head to join their team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the steel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and performance management.
• Develop training and development programs.
• Manage compensation and benefits.
• Foster a positive work culture and manage employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements.
• Implement HRIS and other HR systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR & IR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15-20 years of experience in a similar role in the steel industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Proven track record in developing HR strategies.

• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
