Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update digital inventory records and reports.
- Monitor and control stock across multiple warehouses.
- Conduct monthly warehouse audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure proper functioning of inventory management systems.
- Work closely with Procurement to align inventory with purchase orders.
- Collaborate with Accounts on inventory-related financial transactions.
- Support the Projects team with timely availability of materials.
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital database management, preferably in inventory.
- Proficiency in database software and inventory tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to construction site warehouses for audits.
