Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update digital inventory records and reports.
  • Monitor and control stock across multiple warehouses.
  • Conduct monthly warehouse audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper functioning of inventory management systems.
  • Work closely with Procurement to align inventory with purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with Accounts on inventory-related financial transactions.
  • Support the Projects team with timely availability of materials.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital database management, preferably in inventory.
  • Proficiency in database software and inventory tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to construction site warehouses for audits.
