Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations and contributing to the smooth functioning of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
HR Documentation: Prepare, manage, and organize HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies.
Attendance and Leave Management: Assist in tracking employee attendance, managing leave records, and generating reports.
Payroll Support: Provide assistance in payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee data and documentation.
Compliance Support: Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies by maintaining proper records and documentation.
HR Policy Implementation: Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services such as background checks, insurance, and other benefits.
Onboarding Support: Facilitate onboarding activities for new employees, including document collection, system setup, and orientation coordination.
Employee Queries: Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other operational matters.
Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on various HR metrics such as employee turnover, attendance, and payroll accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR operations and administration.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic HRIS knowledge is an advantage.
High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
