Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a remote, full-time position available to freshers with up to one year of work experience. The role is open to candidates located in Lucknow, Central Delhi, Noida, and Agra. As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions, contributing to our mission of growth and development in the Education sector.

  • Employee Relations: Skillful in fostering positive workplace relationships through effective conflict resolution and support.
  • Data Entry: Accurate and thorough data entry abilities essential for maintaining reliable employee records and databases.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective interaction with both team and clients.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with potential candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Maintain and update personnel records in the HRIS system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Facilitate effective employee relations by addressing queries and concerns, promoting a supportive workplace environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster team building.
  • Help in preparing HR reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
