- Provide technical support for AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure, Linux ,Windows system and related technologies.
- Monitor AWS environments and Linux ,Windows system ensuring their availability, performance, and security 24/7.
- Respond to and resolve client's inquiries, issues, and incidents through various channels, including monitoring tools, email, chat, and phone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Perform system administration tasks, including user management, server monitoring, backup and recovery, and security updates etc.
- Tracking SLA and doing data analysis for server KPIs.
- Maintaining and Tracking the Incident and Release lifecycle.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Proactively identify potential issues and suggest improvements to enhance the performance, security, and scalability of the infrastructure.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support and respond to critical incidents.
- Stay up to date with the latest AWS services, Linux technologies, and industry best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality support.
Basic of AWS,Linux, Windows (OS) along with working knowledge of tools like MS Excel, Powerpoint.
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and infrastructure components.
