A Brief Overview
The Procurement Analyst will manage and support end to end procure-to-pay process, including but not limited to stakeholder management, vendor engagement, escalation management. The primary function of this role will be to support the US based TriNet procurement team with the processing of requisitions, reporting analytics, and ad-hoc support. The analyst will play a pivotal role for improved quality, services and performance within procurement while ensuring business requirements are fulfilled and value is optimized.

What You Will Do
- Manage and support end to end procure-to-pay process, including but not limited to stakeholder management, vendor engagement, escalation management.
- Effectively work and communicate across multiple organizations and levels, spread throughout geographical locations
- Foster and develop a strong working relationship with key cross-functional working areas to ensure stakeholders needs are taken into consideration.
- Research, analyze, coordinate, and respond to incoming inquiries.
- Educate Purchasers on Procurement Requirements, Tools and Systems, Procedures and Policy
- Develops and provides training and assistance to users. Responds to user questions and requests for assistance. Provides information and explanations regarding software, applications, and operational policies and procedures.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and disseminate to management and stakeholders.
- Develops and maintains on-going procurement metrics including cost savings, transaction savings, procure-to-pay transactions, and Procurement efficiencies.
- Perform continuous reviews and analysis of key data points to measure compliance with suppliers and distributors, and to identify new areas of opportunity for program optimization.
- Documents and maintains processes, procedures, and workflows of the Procurement department through interviews, review of forms and procedures, organization charts, job descriptions, flow chart development work distribution chart development and other techniques.
- Understand the full P2P cycle to quickly identify the source of bottlenecks, problems, and drive issues to resolution.
- Makes recommendations to management for possible improvements and automation opportunities.
- Supports Third Party Risk Management program.
- Assist in the research and analysis of audit issues raised by external and internal audit.
- Responsible for keeping up with industry trends.
- Helps maintain a strong governance culture by following appropriate governance policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Typically 2+ years customer service excellence experience
- Typically 2+ years Procurement role with a strong focus on administrating the use of procurement tools and systems
- Knowledge of Procurement systems, procedures, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong negotiation skills
- High level of contract knowledge
- Self-reliant and proactive in all work areas
- Experience partnering with and influencing internal partners (HR, Marketing, IT, Legal, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Outstanding customer service/people and communication skills
- Strong prioritization, organizational and time management skills
- Experience providing project leadership and optimally managing projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to efficiently create spreadsheets, pivot tables, other computer analysis, report writing
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in complex and fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English
- Strong documentation (e.g., process flow, policies and procedures, system/process testing scripts) skills
- Demonstrated experience in Change Management and high comfort level with ambiguity
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, thirst for knowledge and excitement for growing our business
- Ability to follow up on pending issues, take initiative and escalate problems
