Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, provide guidance on HR policies, and work to resolve conflicts and improve employee satisfaction.

Training and Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Policy Development: Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.

Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and managing performance reviews.

Qualifications:
