Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring talent for non-IT positions across various industries, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract potential candidates using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Screening and Selection: Conduct initial screenings, assess candidates' qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Job Posting: Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for non-IT roles.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.

Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to legal and company policies.

Reporting: Generate reports on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruiting for non-IT positions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
