We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Consultant to support our clients in Vijayawada. This role involves crafting and implementing HR strategies that align with client goals while enhancing organizational efficiency and workforce engagement.

• Assess and address client HR needs with customized strategies and solutions.
• Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes in line with industry best practices.
• Provide expertise on recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Conduct training programs and workshops for employees and leaders to build organizational capabilities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR consulting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR tools and software solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client projects effectively.
