Roles & Responsibilities

Broad responsibilities will include:

  • Using data to drive analytical projects across all complexity levels and to generate key business insights &

recommendations to enable decision making.

  • Creating cohort-level revenue & margin plans/forecasts for BAU and event days. Monitoring these metrics

deep-dive analyses for problem-solving sessions will also be a key part of the role.

  • Being the “data backbone” for the various campaigns run by this and other dependent teams. The recruit

will need to liaison with other cross-functional teams (brand management, sourcing, central planning etc.) to

provide insights and operational support.

  • Data visualization for easy consumption of insights for senior and middle management
  • Evangelizing and operationalizing the analytical solutions for usage across the MFB organization.

Qualifications & Experience

 Strong analytical problem-solving skills with good business understanding, and ability to get their hands

dirty as required. 1-2 years of experience as Data/Business Analyst would be preferred

 Highly proficient in use of Excel, SQL, R/Python. Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau and Power BI is an

added advantage.

 Efficient project and stakeholder management skills. Should have demonstrated the ability to work

independently in a highly demanding environment with strict deadlines.

 Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple projects

 Good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
