Should have minimum 5+ years of Exp in working as PM Should have worked with Multi-vendor environment Should have a positive attitude and lead Virtusa team and coordinate with Citi teamShould be able to report to Citi senior management well in time, should be able to manage ad hoc calls, should be able to manage escalations wellShould have knowledge on Cloud concepts, SQL DB knowledge, Unix and have managed Java projects Should be flexible with work timings PM, Scrum Master certifications, Cloud certifications (If any) Should have managed Scrum teamsFamiliar with PM tools (JIRA, Confluence), Conversant in Retail Banking products (Deposits, Consumer lending) and Finance domain experience is a must. Knowledge of banking regulations will be preferable.Should have good communication skills, proactive in reporting and managing risks and issues, and be good in reporting (Various reporting like Pivot, Charts, PPTs Etc)
