As an e-commerce startup, our mission is to create a seamless experience for gamers across the country. We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who can help us level up our logistics game and ensure every order leaves the warehouse on time, every time!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Planning & Execution: Manage the daily operations of our warehouse, from receiving shipments to fulfilling orders, ensuring the smooth movement of all gaming products.
- Inventory Control: Keep a close watch on stock levels and manage inventory efficiently, ensuring we're always stocked with popular gaming consoles, controllers, and accessories.
- Team Leadership: Lead our dynamic team, train them to follow best practices, and create a productive environment that thrives on collaboration.
- Fast and Accurate: Make sure orders are picked, packed, and shipped quickly and correctly, so our customers receive their gaming gear in perfect condition.
- Technically Strong: Use tools like Excel to manage inventory, process orders, and make workflows smoother. It’s a plus if you know how to work with gaming consoles and gear!
- Problem-Solving Skills: Tackle any logistical challenges that arise and find solutions to ensure that our warehouse is always operating at peak efficiency.
- Safety First : Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of warehouse management experience (preferably in e-commerce or consumer electronics).
- Technical Proficiency: A passion for gaming products, consoles, and accessories is a big plus!
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage complex logistics with attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work general shifts from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, 6 days a week, ensuring full coverage and support.
- Problem Solver: Able to troubleshoot issues on the fly and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
- Communication: Good communication skills for working with team members, suppliers, and partners.
