Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Specialist with 4 to 8 years of experience in Cucumber Selenium Manual Testing and Automated Testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies and a keen eye for detail. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough manual and automated testing using Cucumber and Selenium to ensure software quality and performance.
• Develop and maintain test scripts test cases and test plans for various applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects and issues.
• Provide detailed documentation of test results and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.
• Execute regression testing to verify that existing functionalities are not affected by new changes.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions to provide input from a testing perspective.
• Monitor and report on testing progress including any risks or issues that may impact project timelines.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize domain knowledge in Cards & Payments to develop relevant test scenarios and cases.
• Support the development team in troubleshooting and resolving issues identified during testing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in testing tools and techniques.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior testers to build a strong testing team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Cucumber and Selenium for automated testing.
• Must have strong skills in manual testing and creating detailed test documentation.
• Must have experience in automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Nice to have domain experience in Cards & Payments.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments.
• Must have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  
  

Certifications Required

ISTQB Certification or equivalent in Software Testing.
