Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst candidate with sound experience in Experimentation / AB Testing to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and product features.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance metrics.
• Build predictive models to identify high-value customer segments and optimize targeting.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in our testing methodology.
• Stay current with industry best practices in experimental design.
  
  

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in data science, with emphasis on A/B testing and campaign analytics
• Strong proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as PySpark
• Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
• Demonstrated expertise in experimental design, causal inference, and hypothesis testing
• Proficiency with data visualization tools(Power BI)
• Good to have Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and attribution models
• Familiarity with customer lifecycle analysis and segmentation
