Job Description

  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate hospital activities during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Patient Relations: Address patient complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring patient satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.
  • Staff Management: Provide guidance and support to staff, resolve conflicts, and ensure adequate staffing levels to maintain optimal service delivery.
  • Emergency Response: Coordinate and manage emergency situations, including medical emergencies, security incidents, and facility issues, following established protocols.

Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor Degree/ Any Post Graduation
  • Previous experience in MOD or similar medical setting
  • Strong knowledge Patient Relations & Decision Making
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
