Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced BD Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS Office and domain expertise in Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive business development initiatives and contribute to our companys growth. The resource must have experience in market research RFP / RFI ability to meet customers (if required).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to drive growth in the Payer domain.
  • Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence.
  • Provide expert guidance on the use of MS Office tools to enhance business development processes and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with company goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients in the Payer domain.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of business development activities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business development activities.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize business development efforts.
  • Drive continuous improvement in business development processes and methodologies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with MS Office tools including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
  • Must have domain expertise in the Payer industry with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.
  • Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should demonstrate a proven track record of achieving business development targets.
  • Should have the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Certifications Required

Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) or equivalent certification preferred.
