Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing the needs of our clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
- Assist customers with account inquiries, issue resolution, and account maintenance
- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Continuously strive to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management for process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance procedures
- Sales and customer service experience is a plus
