Human Resources (HR) Internship in Bhopal

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Community Action Through Motivation Program, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic non-profit environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job listings and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee training and development programs.
• Assist with organizing employee events and recognition programs.
• Compile and analyze HR data using MS-Excel to generate reports and insights.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
