Job Purpose: Branch Operations Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch including Disbursement and customer relationship
Roles & Responsibilities
Graduate – Any graduate.
Experience: Minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in Operations/ Customer Service.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing Micro business loan Disbursement.
- To maintain TAT & Quality of the files at the time disbursement
- Checking and disbursement of MBL cases on system based on the Company policy and parameters
- To co-ordinate with all Stake Holders like Sales, Credit, FCU on a regular basis for process and policy changes and daily work
Graduate – Any graduate.
Experience: Minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in Operations/ Customer Service.
