Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Post job openings on various platforms and manage applications.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify potential fits.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Engage with candidates and provide them with a smooth hiring experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
