Life Science Senior Business Consultant

Senior Business Analyst or Business Consultant (SA/M) : 9 -13 years of experience as SBA or Senior Business consultant in the Life Sciences industry. Strong background in project delivery, client engagement, and business process improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

• Business Analysis and Process Improvement
  
  

Conduct detailed business analysis to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.

Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and functional specifications.

• Project Delivery
  
  

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor project progress.

Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project risks.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
