The Role The Presales Solutions Specialist is a technical sale focused professional responsible for growing revenue across the Brennan IT portfolio. As a Presales Solutions Specialist you will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical consulting expertise to assist Brennan IT winning new and retaining existing business. The Presales Solutions Specialist core role is to provide pre-sales technical insights, solution design and solution support to both new and existing Brennan customers. Presales Solutions Specialist will assist in developing technical solutions for existing and new customers. Role Responsibilities
  • Working alongside an Australian Based Pre Sale-Architect to produce and develop customer artifacts required for a successful sale.
  • Coordinating internal teams to inputs required to complete multi solutions proposals
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services offerings and methodologies.
  • Any other task/ duties aligned with your role or in support of your team as advised by your leader.
Key Competencies and Qualifications required
  • Passion for customer service
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbally and in writing)
  • Proven experience of scoping and developing solutions
  • Ability to perform and work well under pressure
  • Ability to self-study and obtain technical certifications
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience within an IT solutions business with experience in Cloud Services and IT outsourcing / managed services
  • A “trusted advisor” and “project leader” attitude
  • Experience working with Cloud, IaaS and Hosting solutions including products such as Microsoft Azure and Office 365
  • Prior experience within an outsourced service delivery environment
  • Proven experience and ability to provide consultative guidance combined with previous customer facing Presales and presentation experience at C level combine
  • 8+ years industry experience in professional services or experience in technical service delivery roles.
