Job Purpose

Accountable for Payroll & all statutory compliance, standards/SOPs, auditing incl. JVs :

  • Proactively identify and document potential areas, compliance risks and partner with stakeholders to safeguard the organisation from regulatory non-compliance risks
  • Act as a Custodian of Compliance Management to build/enhance compliance monitoring systems & ensure regulatory compliance checks through self-assessment process and inculcate the compliance practices
  • Ensure HR Compliances & Employee Relations and Stay well versed in latest developments on Labour laws and Compliances
  • Actual transaction and Process level testing to ensure that on ground practices are running in accordance with compliance requirements and HR policies

Education Qualifications

  • Graduate is a must. MBA is desirable


Relevant Experience

  • Experience in large Indian companies preferably from manufacturing industry (reputed for HR best practices desirable)
  • Experience in Business/ Plant HR
  • Hands on experience in HR Operations, Payroll/Compliances role (end to end HR practices/ know-how)
  • Knowledge of Labour Laws
  • Ability to interact across levels in a matrix environment
  • Ability to manage large and complex data
  • Good exposure to ERP and excel skills
