About The Role

As an MIS Executive, you will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and reporting data to support the decisionmaking process. Your ability to manage large data sets, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights will be crucial for business optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of the reports.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, including key business metrics, trends, and forecasts for management. Vendor coordination.
  • Dashboard Development: Design and maintain dashboards for real-time performance tracking and visual representation of data. APP creation & budget analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Identify trends, patterns, and issues in the data and suggest process improvements based on the insights.
  • Team Support: Provide analytical support to different departments, including finance, operations, and sales.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure all reports and data entry are accurate and timely, resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain and update MIS software systems, ensuring that they are running efficiently and aligned with business requirements.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support management with ad-hoc analysis and data-related queries

Who are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., in Data Analytics or MIS) is a plus.

Experience: 4-5 years in MIS, data analysis, or related fields

Skills

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros), SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of Databases & ERP Systems: Familiarity with database management and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and error-free reports.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear, understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
