Working with Crossover

What You Will Be Doing
- Utilizing advanced analysis tools and RAG vector stores to identify, diagnose, and rectify product defects and bugs.
- Employing AI development agents to craft and launch groundbreaking features for cloud-native applications.
- Collaborating with a diverse, global team to deliver top-tier, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Engaging in repetitive infrastructure tasks—our focus is on innovation and creativity.
- Participating in unnecessary meetings—your expertise is valued in development, not in endless discussions.
- Drive the implementation of AI-driven features to enhance workflows and equip service providers with cutting-edge tools.
- AI-First Mindset (if your instinct is to write code first and then use AI tools to verify or enhance your code, rather than the other way around, then please do not apply)
- 4+ years of experience in software development, focusing on production code for server-side web applications
- Professional experience developing highly reliable B2B software applications
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native development or serverless architectures, specifically using AWS
- Professional experience using GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
- Experience successfully implementing Generative AI solutions, resulting in substantial quantitative impact
