Role Overview
As a Recruitment Specialist, you’ll lead full-cycle hiring for various roles across technical and non-technical functions. You’ll own everything from intake to onboarding and help shape an agile, proactive recruiting engine aligned with our growth ambitions. We’re looking for someone who can combine strong sourcing skills with an understanding of what it takes to recruit in fast-paced SaaS startup environments.
What You’ll Do
Full-Cycle Recruitment Expertise
- Manage end-to-end hiring: job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing, and onboarding.
- Hire across multiple functions—Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering—with equal confidence.
- Run campus recruitment programs to bring in top early-career talent.
Strong Sourcing & Outreach Capabilities
- Proactively build and manage talent pipelines for both immediate and future needs.
- Source on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, niche job boards, and through creative channels.
- Use Boolean/X-ray search techniques, write compelling outreach, and maintain engagement via ATS/CRM tools.
Data-Driven Recruitment Mindset
- Use hiring metrics like time-to-fill, pass-through rates, and pipeline health to optimize recruiting performance.
- Build and share basic dashboards/reports with hiring managers and leadership to drive better decisions.
Startup Hiring Experience
- Thrive in high-growth, resource-constrained environments where agility and candidate experience go hand-in-hand.
- Prioritize roles based on shifting business needs, manage hiring spikes, and iterate quickly.
- Partner with the HR team on employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role expectations and interview plans.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and respectful experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external talent.
What You’ll Bring
2–3 years of recruitment experience in high-growth SaaS startups, preferably Series A-B
Track record of closing hires across both GTM and technical functions
Strong proactive sourcing and outreach skills; comfortable with modern tools and techniques
Data-oriented with an eye for optimization
Clear communicator, fast executor, and strong stakeholder manager
Passionate about building high-performing teams and creating great candidate experiences
