HR Executive in Ludhiana

Key Responsibilities

• Create job descriptions, post openings on job boards, and use various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, networking events) to source candidates
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and fit
• Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and refine candidate requirements
• Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure candidates have a smooth onboarding process
• Maintain a candidate database, track pipelines for future roles, and keep accurate records
• Promote the company as a great place to work and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
