Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolving customer issues and providing solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Communicating with customers in both English and Hindi to cater to our diverse student population
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as processing refunds, updating customer information, and generating reports
  • Contributing to a positive work environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the customer support team
