Position Title - Senior BIM Modeler - Electrical

Location - Trichy, India

Experience: 3+Years

Key Responsibilities: (Electrical Modelers)

• Capable to prepare LOD 400 and LOD 500 stage of work.
• Must have knowledge of Revit modelling for all Electrical & and ELV services i.e., Lighting, Power, Fire Alarm, Security, ICT etc. and family creation.
• Integrate electrical design information into the BIM model, ensuring proper routing of electrical conduits, cable trays and equipment.
• Preparation of Dilux and DB load calculations.- (Value added).
• Specialist in the preparation of Electrical, LV and Generator room drawings by utilizing design concepts.
• Capable of preparing and raising RFIs (Request for information)
• Manage and organize project-related data, fields and documentation within the BIM environment.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of BIM templates and processes.
• Stay updated on advancements in BIM technology and methodologies.
