Customer Service/Customer Support Internship in Indore, Ujjain, Dewas

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist senior customer care executives with their work
• Work on observing and learning from real-time interactions with customers on calls, WhatsApp, emails, and SMS
• Operate CRM and take feedback from existing customers
• Work on convincing customers to give reviews on Google
• Meet existing customers and take their in-person feedback and get it recorded
• Coordinate with the team & get resolutions done for dissatisfied customers
