Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers interested in Apache Maven training and other related courses
  • Communicate with prospects via phone, email, and chat to understand their training needs and recommend suitable programs
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by enrolling students in training programs
  • Stay updated on Apache Maven, DevOps, Java, and other related technologies to effectively pitch training programs
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system
  • Work closely with marketing, technical trainers, and customer support teams to enhance the sales process
  • Gather insights from customers to improve course offerings and enhance the learning
