As the Branch Sales Manager - EIL, you will be responsible for driving the sales and business development activities for our EIL products in the assigned region. You will be a key member of the Retail Banking team and will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for EIL products in the assigned region
- Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with education institutions, including schools, colleges, and universities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with the product team to develop and launch new EIL products and services
- Train and mentor the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell EIL products
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to the Regional Sales Manager
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
- Represent the bank at industry events and conferences to promote our EIL products and services
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of the education sector and its financial needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of local market and regulatory requirements
