Job Description Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for handling of Process automation and upgradations.

Job Description

Process Design and Optimization:

• Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Maintenance of injectable equipment and automation activities.
  
  

Project Management:

• Lead automation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions.
  
  

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support for automated systems and resolve any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of automation systems.
  
  

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure all automation processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, changes, and improvements.
  
  

Training and Development:

• Train staff on new automation technologies and processes.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance team skills.
  
  

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation or Electrical related field).
  
  

Experience:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in process automation, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in automation technologies and software (e.g., PLC, SCADA, DCS).
• Strong understanding of process control systems and instrumentation.
• Calibration and automation expertise.
• Handling of Automation projects and upgradations
  
  

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to analyze complex processes and develop effective automation solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to address technical issues promptly.
  
  

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  
  

Regulatory Knowledge:

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to process automation.
