Responsible for key initiatives/ software evaluation.
- New solution / workflow identification & validation in accordance to ISO 19650
- Parametric Library/ family creation.
- Attend / represent BIM forums and synergize latest technology adoption.
- Plan & handle internal training sessions on BIM Software tools
- Support to implement BIM at site.
- Develop and implement Project BIM Strategy and BIM execution document which shall record key information on how BIM will be implemented and used on a project.
- Conduct periodical coordination review meetings and ensuring compliance with BIM Manual
- Ensuring the design coordination / clash detection are smoothly integrated in the project.
- Ensuring that the BIM deliverables specified in the contract are provided in conformance with the formats specified.
- Working experience on Common data Environment (like BIM360) is added advantage.
- Take a leading role in planning, setup, auditing and maintaining BIM models.
