We are looking for an energetic and innovative HR Generalist to join our fast-paced, tech-driven organization.   • Recruitment Talent Acquisition
  • Job Posting Sourcing: Craft engaging job descriptions and post them across multiple platforms, utilizing creative sourcing techniques to attract and identify the right candidates.
  • Screening Interviewing: Review applications, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews. Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is consistently updated to maintain smooth candidate flow.
  • Onboarding: Take charge of the onboarding experience – from paperwork to benefits setup to introducing new hires to our vibrant company culture.
  • Employee Experience Relations
  • Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns with empathy and fairness, ensuring smooth and compliant conflict resolution.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives that create a motivating and engaging workplace. Organize team-building activities, feedback surveys, and employee recognition programs that make our people feel valued.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR processes adhere to Indian labor laws, including the Industrial Disputes Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, and other relevant regulations.
  • Performance Growth
  • Performance Appraisals: Manage performance reviews, setting clear goals and providing constructive feedback. Support managers in helping employees grow and develop.
  • Disciplinary Procedures: Handle employee conduct issues, ensuring consistency and fairness in all disciplinary actions.
  • Learning Development
  • Training Coordination: Identify skill gaps within the team and organize training sessions, both internal and external, that align with our tech-driven environment.
  • Career Development: Support employees’ career growth by offering guidance on learning opportunities, skill enhancement, and potential career paths within the company.
  • Compensation Benefits
  • Salary Administration: Manage salary structures, bonuses, and payroll, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
  • Employee Benefits: Oversee the administration of benefits (PF, ESI, health insurance), ensuring employees understand and effectively utilize their entitlements.
  • Policy Development Compliance
  • Policy Creation: Design and implement HR policies that reflect the company’s progressive culture while adhering to Indian labor laws.
  • Compliance: Keep meticulous records to ensure all statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, Gratuity), and stay up-to-date with any regulatory changes.
  • HR Administration Reporting
  • Record Keeping: Manage and maintain accurate employee records across all areas (attendance, performance, etc.) in line with company policies.
  • Reporting Insights: Generate reports on key HR metrics such as employee turnover, satisfaction, and recruitment success. Provide data-driven insights to leadership to help improve our HR strategies and overall employee experience.

Additional Responsibilities

  • HR Portal Management: Ensure that all employee data is accurately maintained and easily accessible on the HR portal. Collaborate closely with senior leaders to streamline HR processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an IT or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
