About The Role
The Onboarding Manager (OBM) will be a dedicated charter owner for the overall New restaurant onboarding within the city / city cluster, driving the following -
- Target setting and planning for High priority supply gaps
- Closing lower priority gaps in the City/s with his team of off roll on-boarding agents
- Ensuring availability and health of newly launched restaurants and reactivation
- Handling on-boarding escalations for their respective cities coming from different channels of new restaurant on-boarding
- Hiring and managing the team- performance management, ensuring sufficient leads for team to work upon
- Weekly reporting to the City Head and Central team with on-boarding movement
- 3-5 years of experience (preferably in Sales, Program management, stakeholder management, Business development roles and people management)
- Experience in managing large off roll executives.
- Strong communication and convincing skills and the ability to meet daily, weekly, and long- term requirements and goals.
- Should be comfortable working with MS excel and data
