Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Create Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
Define use cases, user stories, and process flows for development teams.
Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Design screen mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize business processes.
Work closely with UI/UX teams to enhance the user experience.
Use tools like Balsamiq, Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, or similar for prototyping.
Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimizations.
Assist in defining and improving business processes for efficiency.
Develop BPMN diagrams, flowcharts, and work breakdown structures.
Ensure business requirements are implemented effectively in ERP systems or software applications.
Support end-to-end ERP/turnkey software development projects.
Work closely with developers, testers, and architects to ensure accurate implementation.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure system functionality aligns with business

expectations.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and clients.
Prepare user manuals, training guides, and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Communicate findings and project updates effectively to all stakeholders.
