Ensure all Powerhouse operations comply with the project schedule, engineering plans, and safety standards.
Direct and oversee powerhouse construction activities, including steel reinforcement, concreting, and ventilation work, etc.
Ensure proper installation of powerhouse structure, and other structural components, complying with engineering specifications.
Planning and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, including the workforce and activities
Ensuring the construction work meets the approved design and drawings, and performing daily inspections and tests
Assesses potential risks and challenges that could impact the project timeline or budget.
Ensuring the project is executed successfully, including managing the budget, schedule, and quality assurance
Lead, mentor, and train a team of workers, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews, including equipment operators, labour and specialized trades.
Maintain constant communication with clients and assure work is progressed as planned
Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
Addresses and resolves issues that arise on-site, whether they involve personnel, materials, or schedules.
Ensures all aspects of the project are completed satisfactorily before handing over to the client.
