This role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely dispatch of products. He/she will work closely with our production, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Job Description
Supervise the daily operations of the dispatch department - Coordinate with sales and production teams to schedule and prioritize orders for delivery - Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery - Communicate with drivers and provide necessary instructions for delivery - Monitor delivery progress and promptly address any delays or issues that arise - Liaise with customers to confirm delivery schedules and address any concerns or inquiries - Maintain accurate records of delivery activities, including tracking information and proof of delivery - Prepare and submit delivery reports to management on a regular basis - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of stock - Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies - Continuously look for ways to streamline delivery processes and improve efficiency
Principal Accountabilities
Supervise the daily operations of the dispatch department - Coordinate the scheduling of deliveries and pickups - Monitor the progress of each delivery and address any issues or delays - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all dispatch activities
