Position Summary

The main purpose of this position is to assist Service excellence manager with the administrative responsibilities for the documentation, equipment management and crew management. This role needs to work closely with other business functions to ensure the smooth operations of ROV systems.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Work and assist Ops Manager along with Project Team and Global Mobility to identify crew require for the CR in Scheduling.
  • Review Crew Schedule and Update Crewing History .
  • Creation of PeopleSoft Requisition for PPE's for New Hired Employee or any PPE related to the Project for Crew Arrange the PPE for offshore team
  • Coordinate with offshore crew and Training Team for Upkeeping their Sumtotal Training Module Requirement
  • Follow up with Global Mobility on crew visa , CV's and other document related documentation
  • Maintain slide deck for the ongoing and upcoming projects/ROV crew Change Schedule
  • Upkeep and enter time sheet for crew attending training as well as assign to work in the workshop where there is no DPR associate to capture the time
  • Follow up with offshore system on system maintenance upkeeping
  • Update offshore system on changes in Technical Bulletin , Ops Bulleting , Procedure or any HSE / OPS Bulletin and Alert
  • Assist Ops Manager with Reactivation Planning
  • Creation of PeopleSoft Requisition and follow up for Reactivation parts requirement with SCM
  • Prepare Action Trackers for the projects to complete tasks on time
  • Track of open audit action items/ coordinate with system supervisor and SCM for spare requirements to close the action items and keep Audit team informed
  • Assist Tooling Manager on PMITP , Tooling Documentation and Trackers
  • Prepare and maintain cost summaries
  • Tooling Request in URSA/hardreserve in URSA
  • Search for Part Number, R-parts availability and Item Cost in BU, and check the availability of spares in other segment and inform Tooling Manager

Non-essential

  • Undertake continuous improvement training programs and specific projects as instructed by management.
  • Assist with any other duties as and when required
  • Undertake specific projects as instructed by management
  • Demonstrates high level of initiative to accomplish individual objectives assigned as well as team goals.

  • Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to proactively ensure a safe working environment.
  • Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems.
  • Proactively identify workplace hazards and suggest improvements to enhance the safety and quality of the work environment.

Other

  • Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence and precision following the guidelines of the Integrated Management System of the company.
  • Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environment friendly substances and better practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the work environment .

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This position has/does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Reporting Relationship

  • Direct Reporting to Assistant Manager, Asset tracking

In-Direct Reporting to Manager, Robotics Support Centre

Qualifications

  • B. TECH in ELECTRONICS /ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL Engineering (E)
  • Able to work in rotational shifts 42.5 hours (weekly) (Morning, Evening, Night & Weekends) (E)
  • Knowledge of MS-Office and computer fundamentals (E)
  • Must be willing to Work from office as and when needed.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in asset documentation and reporting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to asset management and maritime operations.

DESIRED

  • 1-2 years experience in Support Operations (P)

This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.

  • Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
  • Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace
