  • Vendor Relationship Management:
  • Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers for PAN India projects to ensure long-term collaboration and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure high-quality supply and service levels.
  • Strategic Procurement and Cost Management:
  • Forecast market trends to identify opportunities for strategic tie-ups and price hedging.
  • Identify and source new materials that contribute to cost reduction and profitability.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive pricing.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Streamline procurement processes across 70+ projects to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Guide and support zonal teams in day-to-day procurement activities, providing expertise and oversight.
  • Implement agile procurement practices to respond quickly to project needs and market changes.
  • Reporting and Benchmarking:
  • Prepare and publish detailed management reports on procurement activities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.
  • Benchmark procurement practices against industry standards to position the company as a leader in procurement excellence.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives and project success.
