Position Summary

Vena Solutions has recently launched operations in India as part of our global workforce expansion. As we continue to scale, we are excited to introduce the Software Development CO-OP/Internship Program, a structured initiative designed to equip fresh graduates with real-world technical experience and industry best practices.

This program provides an opportunity to work within Vena’s Product & Technology teams, engaging in hands-on software development, full-stack integration, and agile practices. Our goal is to develop high-potential candidates who can transition into full-time roles at Vena India.

What You Will Do

• Participate in a structured technical training program, covering Core Java, React, Git, SQL/MongoDB, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Work on real-world projects under the mentorship of experienced professionals.
• Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software solutions.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with teams to understand business requirements and technical implementations.
• Follow best practices in software development, coding standards, and documentation.
• Learn about scrum meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Receive weekly feedback and mentorship to enhance technical and professional skills.
• Demonstrate problem-solving capabilities and contribute to process improvements.
  
  

Does this sound like you?

• BE, BTech, MCA, MTech (Freshers from Computer Science, IT, or related fields).
• Basic knowledge of Core Java, React, Git, SQL/MongoDB.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exposure to full-stack development concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn and adapt.
