We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a tech trainer and developer. This role is pivotal in both training on the latest technologies and methodologies and contributing directly to our software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a good technical background, good communication skills, and a passion for both training and tech development.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include:
Customize training content to meet the needs of different audiences, including developers, engineers, and non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify specifications, and deliver scalable and efficient software solutions that meet business needs.
Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and collaborative problem-solving to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field .
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
Solid understanding of Programming language : C++ / python
Will be Good if you have basic Knowledge of electronics , Arduino , Raspberry pi
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and business needs.
