Job Description
- Ensure compliant on local Purchase policies & compliance.
- Providing material within time on low cost without compromising on quality.
- Ensure no down time due to non-availability of spares.
- Monthly sharing of Engineering store expense report.
- Ensure to meet Engineering store targets i.e. quality/MRO.
- Ask quotation from vendor and negotiate.
- Making purchase requisition, follow up with vendors
- Follow-up for Release of PO from Authorized Personnel
- Verifying the bills and always see opportunities to reduce the cost
- Documentation of Incoming and Outgoing material
- Spares Management & Marking /identifications on material kept in Engg. Store
- Monitor consumption/purchase trend
- Planning & implementation for optimum inventory
