Key Responsibilities

• Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate leads.
• Handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of all calls and sales activities in MS-Excel for reporting purposes.
• Collaborating with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Providing regular updates to the management team on call metrics and performance.
• Assisting with data entry tasks and updating customer information in the database.
